Revista de Teledetección is the official Journal of the Spanish Association of Remote Sensing. It has been published continuously since 1993.
In 2021, the editorial team decide to change the journal periodicity to January and July (until then it had been published in June and December).
From issue 65 (2025), Revista de Teledetección adopts the continuous publication system, with semiannual cut-off dates on January 31 and July 31 each year. Therefore, the journal continues to publish one volume per year, comprising two issues that will include all articles processed within that year.
