All articles published in the journal are immediately and permanently accessible, allowing any user to read and download them. Since 2013, the journal’s articles have been published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. Articles published prior to that date were distributed under the license in effect at the time, which is indicated in the PDF versions of the articles.
